The staff, the cleanliness, the free parking lot, the distance to the closest underground station ant to the mall. the room was quite nice All in all it was a nice experience.

We were a bit skeptical because of the reviews but it is actually very nice hotel, clean, comfortable beds. The room service is also very good. The staff were friendly. It has a vintage vibe.

Friendly staff very helpful as we were a non speaking German family anything we asked they were very helpful, Room was clean and fresh towels daily , staff also helped us with a scale to weigh our hand luggage, Thankyou
